Shipping estimates provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Bēhold Natural Essentials™ currently offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $60 or more, where available and unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Shipping policies, thresholds, and rates may change at any time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once tracking indicates that an order has been delivered, Bēhold Natural Essentials™ is not automatically responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

Customers should first contact the applicable shipping carrier regarding delivery disputes.

We will reasonably assist customers with available tracking or shipment documentation when appropriate.

Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
